Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling distinct areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
